中文摘要: 选用金丝小枣(Ziziphus jujuba)为材料,采用有机溶剂浸提法和快速溶剂萃取法提取金丝小枣多酚。在单因素试验的基础上,设计正交试验,筛选最佳提取方法及最优条件组合,比较金丝小枣多酚的提取率。试验结果表明:有机溶剂浸提法的最佳提取条件为:提取时间90 min、乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶15(g/mL)、提取温度70℃,在此条件下,金丝小枣多酚提取率为9.85 mg/g。快速溶剂萃取法的最佳提取条件为:乙醇浓度70%、萃取时间16 min、循环次数2次、萃取温度60℃,多酚提取率为10.85 mg/g,其用时最短。
Abstract:Ziziphus jujuba was used as the material.Organic solvent extraction method and fast solvent extraction method were used to extract polyphenols from jujube.On the basis of single factor experiment,the orthogonal test was designed to select the best extraction method and the optimal combination of conditions to compare the extraction rate of polyphenols from Jujube.The test results showed that the optimum extraction conditions for organic solvent extraction were as follows:extraction time 90 min,ethanol concentration 60%,material-liquid ratio 1∶15(g/mL),extraction temperature 70℃.Under these conditions,the extraction rate of polyphenols from jujube was 9.85 mg/g.The optimal extraction conditions for rapid solvent extraction were as follows:ethanol concentration 70%,extraction time 16 min,cycle number 2 times,extraction temperature 60℃.The polyphenols extraction rate was 10.85 mg/g,and the extraction time was short.
