甘薯残渣纤维素酶解工艺研究

中文摘要: 研究纤维素酶对甘薯残渣中纤维素降解工艺。以去除淀粉及提取果胶后的甘薯残渣为原料,采用单因素和正交试验方法对甘薯残渣的纤维素酶解工艺进行优化。结果表明,甘薯残渣纤维素酶解最佳工艺为,甘薯残渣固液比1∶25(g/mL),醪液pH 5.0,纤维素酶加入量50 U/g 甘薯渣。在50 ℃下恒温培养16 h。此条件下,甘薯渣中纤维素的转化率可达(4.52±0.14)%。
Abstract:The hydrolysis of cellulose from sweet potato residue by cellulase was studied.Sweet potato residues after starch removal and pectin extraction were used as raw materials.The parameter of cellulase hydrolysis of sweet potato residue was optimized by single factor and orthogonal test. The results showed that the optimum parameters for enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose from sweet potato residue are as follows that the solid-liquid ratio of sweet potato residue and water was 1∶25 (g/mL),the pH 5.0,the cellulase added was 50 U/g sweet potato residue,and incubation for 16 hours at 50 ℃.Under the optimum process parameters,the conversion of cellulose of sweet potato residue reached(4.52±0.14)%.
