中文摘要: 通过响应面优化喷雾干燥工艺,运用气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometer,GC-MS)对香气进行定性分析,将实验小鼠分为淫羊藿雪菊速溶茶低、中、高3个剂量和对照组,连续给予受试物30 d后进行负重游泳实验、血清尿素测定、肝糖原和肌糖原测定。结果表明,最佳喷雾干燥工艺为:进口温度153.00℃,β-环糊精添加量8.00%,进料速度10.00 mL/min,成粉率(71.37±0.832)%。淫羊藿雪菊速溶茶共检测出10类香气成分共44种,占总封面积32.19%。在缓解体力疲劳功能评价中,中、高剂量组小鼠的力竭时间比空白组呈极显著提升(P<0.01),血尿素氮含量比空白组极显著降低(P<0.01),小鼠的肝糖原含量和肌糖原含量比空白组极显著增加(P<0.01)。说明淫羊藿雪菊速溶茶具有缓解小鼠疲劳功能。

Abstract:In this research,the spray drying process was optimized by response surface method,and the aroma was qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS).The mice were divided into three groups:low,medium and high dose groups of Epimedium brevicornu and Coreopsis tinctoria instant tea and control group,the weight-bearing swimming test,serum urea test,hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen test were performed after 30 days of continuously giving test substances for them.The best spray drying process was:inlet temperature 153.00℃,β-cyclodextrin addition 8.00%,charging rate 10.00 mL/min,powdering rate(71.37±0.832)%.A total of 44 aroma components were detected in 10 kinds of Epimedium brevicornu and Coreopsis tinctoria instant tea,accounting for 32.19%of the total sealing area.In the evaluation of alleviating physical fatigu,the exhaustion time in the middle and high dose group of mice was significantly higher than that in the blank group (P<0.01),the blood urea nitrogen content was significantly lower than that in blank group(P<0.01),the hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen content in mice were significantly higher than those in the blank group(P<0.01).It indicateed that Epimedium brevicornu and Coreopsis tinctoria instant tea had the function of alleviating fatigue in mice.
