中文摘要: 超临界流体制粒技术被认为是一种很有前景的新兴微粒化技术,具有操作简便、微粒粒径可控、处理条件温和、绿色环保等诸多优点。类胡萝卜素是一类广泛存在于自然界、对人体有着重要生理功能的天然营养素的总称。由于其遇氧、热和光易分解、水溶性差、生物利用度低等自身性质缺陷,它的应用一直受各方面限制。然而,通过超临界流体制粒技术将其制成微粉或微胶囊可以有效改善这一现状。该文介绍超临界流体制粒技术的种类、操作原理及其在制备类胡萝卜素微粒方面的应用,并对影响类胡萝卜素微粒制备的主要因素进行阐述,最后对其未来的发展趋势进行展望。
Abstract:Supercritical fluid granular technology is regarded as a promising new micronization technology with many advantages,such as simple operation,controllable particle size,mild treatment conditions and green environmental protection.Carotenoids are a group of natural nutrients that exist widely in nature and have important physiological functions on the human body.Due to their defects such as easy decomposition by oxygen,heat and light,poor water solubility and low bioavailability,their applications have been restricted by various aspects.However,it can be effectively improved by making micropowder or microcapsule through supercritical fluid granular technology.In this paper,the types and operating principles of this technology and its applications on the preparation of carotenoid particles were introduced,and the main factors affecting the preparation of carotenoid particles were also described.Finally,the future development trend was prospected.
