中文摘要: 通过核磁共振技术鉴定和检测运动膳食补充剂中4 种主要苯乙胺类物质,该研究不需要色谱预处理即可在20 种运动膳食补充剂中检测出苯乙胺、辛弗林、甲基辛弗林和大麦芽碱。此外,还建立并验证同时多重检测4 种苯乙胺类物质浓度的核磁共振定量方法。研究表明,核磁共振可以作为鉴定和检测营养补充剂中物质成分的有效手段。
Abstract:Four main phenylethylamines in exercise dietary supplements were identified and detected by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).In this study,chromatographic separation or sample pretreatment was not required.Phenylethylamine,synephrine,methyl cinnflin and malt alkaloids were identified from 20 kinds of dietary supplements sold on the market and online.In addition,a nuclear magnetic resonance quantitative method for simultaneous multiplex determination of phenylethylamines was established and verified.Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(NMR)has been shown to be an effective method for monitoring and detecting nutritional supplements.
