中文摘要: 为抑制枸杞籽油中邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂污染,通过气相色谱-质谱联用的方法,对枸杞籽油中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的迁移规律进行研究。结果表明,利用气相色谱-质谱测定枸杞籽油中17 种邻苯二甲酸酯,该方法在线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,检测限0.05 mg/kg,平均回收率在84.3%~95.1%。该方法可快速、有效地检测枸杞籽油中多种邻苯二甲酸酯类塑化剂的迁移,对保障枸杞籽油的食品安全具有重要意义。
Abstract:The migration of phthalates in lycium barbarum seed oil was studied by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS)in order to inhibit the contamination of phthalates in lycium barbarum seed oil.The results showed that 17 kinds of phthalates in lycium barbarum seed oil were determined by gas chromatographymass spectrometry.This method had a good linear relationship in the linear range,the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.999,the detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg,the average recovery was 84.3 %-95.1 %.This method could quickly and effectively detect the migration of a variety of phthalate ester plasticizers in lycium barbarum seed oil,and was of great significance to ensur the food safety of lycium barbarum seed oil.
