中文摘要: 以新鲜脱蒲油茶籽为原料,探讨变温热泵干燥工艺对油茶籽出仁率、出油率、酸价值、过氧化值的影响。结果表明,最优变温干燥工艺为方案 3[前期 45 ℃(10 h),中期 65 ℃(10 h),后期 45 ℃(10 h)]:干燥至安全储藏水分时间为28 h,干燥后油茶籽出仁率为60.59%,含油率为36.28%,酸价值为0.23 mg KOH/g,过氧化值为0.003 3 g/100 g。

Abstract:The effects of variable temperature heat pump drying technology on kernel rate,oil yielding rate,acid value and hydrogen peroxide value of Camellia oleifera seed were studied.The results showed that the optimum drying process was scheme 3(earlier stage 45 ℃/10 h,middle stage 65 ℃/10 h,later stage 45 ℃/10 h),drying to safe store moisture was 28 hours,and the kernel rate of Camellia oleifera seed after drying was 60.59%.Oil yielding rate was 36.28%,acid value was 0.23 mg KOH/g,peroxide value was 0.003 3 g/100 g.
