中文摘要: 决明子作为一种药食两用资源,含有多种化学成分,多糖作为其主要化学成分之一,近年来受到国内外学者的广泛关注,该文综述决明子多糖提取制备方法、结构特征、生物活性、构效关系及产品开发等方面的最新研究进展,并对决明子多糖活性功能作用机制及其构效关系研究进行归纳。

Abstract:Cassia seed,as a dual-purpose resource of medicine and food,it contains many chemical components.Polysaccharide is one of its main chemical components.In recent years,it has attracted wide attention worldwide.It summarized the latest progresses in the extraction,preparation,structural characteristics,bioactivities,structure-activity relationship and product development of Cassia seed polysaccharide and the bioactivities action mechanisms of Cassia seed polysaccharide and the relationship between its structure and activity were summarized.
