中文摘要: 缺铁性贫血是当前发病率最高的营养素缺乏病之一。近几年国内外研究表明,多糖铁复合物作为一种补铁剂,具有溶解度好、含铁量高、对胃肠道刺激小、生物利用度高等优点,是目前比较有效的缺铁性贫血的补铁剂,受到越来越广泛的关注,该文围绕多糖铁复合物的结构特征和生理活性进行综述。
Abstract:Iron-deficiency anemia was one of the highest incidence of nutrient deficiency. In recent years,domestic and foreign studies have shown that polysaccharide-iron complex as a iron supplement has the advantages of high solubility,high iron content,small stimulation to the gastrointestinal,and high biological utilization. The polysaccharide-iron complex was a kind of more effective iron supplement to prevent iron deficiency anemia,so it has been attracting more and more attention. This article mainly focused on the structural characteristics and physiological activities of polysaccharide-iron complex.
