复方枸杞泡腾片的制备及含量测定

中文摘要: 该文开发一种新型的复方枸杞泡腾片。采用酸碱分开制粒法研制复方枸杞泡腾片,以泡腾片外观、崩解时限、pH 值等为评价指标,选择合适的泡腾剂用量等;采用正交试验法确定最佳配方,并通过高效液相色谱法考察泡腾片中金丝桃苷的含量。结果表明,该泡腾片的最佳配方为:填充剂:乳糖7.14%,泡腾剂:柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠总量为70%(柠檬酸与碳酸氢钠的质量比为1.2 ∶1,即柠檬酸38.18%,碳酸氢钠31.82%),润滑剂:聚乙二醇6000(polyethylene glycol 6000,PEG 6000)3%,甜味剂:甜菊糖苷2%;黏合剂:90%乙醇。制得的复方枸杞泡腾片中金丝桃苷的平均含量为0.410 mg/g。
Abstract:A new compound Lycium barbarum effervescent tablet was developed.Compound Lycium barbarum effervescent tablets were prepared by acid-base separate granulation method. The appearance,disintegration time and pH value of the effervescent tablets were used as evaluation indexes and the appropriate dosage of the effervescent agent was selected. The optimum formulation was determined by orthogonal test and the content of hypericin in effervescent tablets was determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC). Results showed that the best prescription of effervescent tablets was that lactose 7.14%filling agent,effervescent agent amount of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate 70%(citric acid and sodium bicarbonate quality ratio was 1.2 ∶1,namely,citric acid 38.18%,sodium bicarbonate,31.82%),lubricant polyethylene glycol 6000(polyethylene glycol 6000,PEG 6000)3%,sweetener stevia sugar 2%,the adhesive was 90%ethanol.The average content of hypericin in compound lycium barbarum tablets was 0.410 mg/g.
