中文摘要: 以Al-Zr-SiO2 固体酸为催化剂制备环氧大豆油,考察反应时间、催化剂用量、反应温度、n(H2O2)∶n(双键)对环氧化反应的影响,并通过响应面试验对环氧化反应工艺条件进行优化。得到环氧化反应最佳工艺参数为,大豆油∶甲酸 ∶过氧化氢=1 ∶0.5 ∶2.5(摩尔比),Al-Zr-SiO2 固体酸催化剂用量为 0.8%,反应温度为 70 ℃,反应时间为 4 h,在该条件下所得大豆油的环氧值为6.57%。
Abstract:The effects of reaction time,dosage of catalyst,reaction temperature and n (H2O2):n(double bond)on epoxidation of epoxy soybean oil were studied by using Al-Zr-SiO2 solid acid as catalyst,and the process conditions of epoxidation were optimized by response surface test.The best technological parameters for the epoxidation were as follows:soybean oil ∶formic acid ∶hydrogen peroxide=1 ∶0.5 ∶2.5(mole ratio),Al-Zr-SiO2solid acid catalyst dosage was 0.8%,reaction temperature was 70 ℃,reaction time was 4 h,and the epoxy value was 6.57%under these conditions.
