中文摘要: 吡虫啉是甘蓝种植中广泛使用的农药之一。以甘肃省天水市区不同销售地点的甘蓝为例,通过检测甘蓝总吡虫啉残留量和不同部位的吡虫啉残留情况,探讨不同清洗方式对吡虫啉残留的去除效果。结果表明菜市场销售的甘蓝吡虫啉残留量普遍大于超市的,吡虫啉在甘蓝叶球的残留量普遍高于边叶。使用碱水和盐水清洗可有效去除甘蓝中残留的吡虫啉,去除率可达到100%。该研究可以为甘蓝购买地点的选择和甘蓝中吡虫啉残留的清洗方法选择提供参考。
Abstract:Imidacloprid is one of the widely used pesticides in cabbage cultivation.The cabbage collected from different markets in Tianshui city was taken as example,the removal effect of imidacloprid residues by different cleaning methods was examined by detecting the residue of total cabbage and different parts of cabbage.The results showed that pesticide residue in cabbage sold in market was higher than those of supermarket,and the residues of imidacloprid in leafballs of cabbage were more than those in the side leaves.Moreover,washing cabbage by alkaline water or salt water was effective in cleaning imidacloprid residues,and the erasing rate reached 100 %.This study provided a reference for choosing of the shopping location of cabbage and cleaning methods of imidacloprid residue.
