高效降解海带芽孢杆菌菌株的筛选及活性成分检测

中文摘要: 以筛选具备高效降解海带能力的菌株为目的,从新鲜海带表面分离纯化得到20 株芽孢杆菌。通过对发酵海带黏度的检测筛选得到12 株芽孢杆菌,经过对海带发酵液中特征活性成分海藻多糖、岩藻糖、海藻酸的检测发现暹罗芽孢杆菌(Bacillus siamensis)D3 能够高效降解并释放海带中活性成分。海带经该菌株发酵后,海藻多糖得率达到(36.09±0.07)%,岩藻糖得率为(11.95±0.03)%,海藻酸得率为(34.68±4.37)%。以上试验结果表明,Bacillus siamensis D3可将海带中活性成分提取并释放,且发酵过程绿色、安全、高效,该菌株的发现将为以海带为原料的饲料、功能食品、医用食品、化妆品的开发及海带的综合高效利用提供优良的益生发酵菌株。

Abstract:For the purpose of screening strains with high-efficiency degradation of kelp,20 strains of Bacillus were isolated and purified from the surface of fresh kelp.Twelve strains of Bacillus were obtained by screening and measuring the viscosity of fermented kelp.The detection of the characteristic active constituents of seaweed polysaccharide,fucose and alginic acid in kelp fermentation broth showed that Bacillus siamensis D3 could efficiently degraded and released the active ingredients in kelp.After the kelp was fermented by the strain,the yield of seaweed polysaccharide reached(36.09±0.07)%,the fucose yield was (11.95±0.03)%,and the alginic acid yield was(34.68±4.37)%.The above experimental results showed that Bacillus siamensis D3 could extract and release the active ingredients in kelp,and the fermentation process is green,safe and efficient.The discovery of this strain will be the development of feed,functional food,medical food and cosmetics with kelp as raw material.The comprehensive and efficient use of kelp provides excellent probiotic fermentation strains.
