Abstract:Boletus has many species and distributes widely.It riches in nutrients and also contains many chemical components，such as polysaccharides，flavonoids，polyphones，steroids and terpenes，which have antioxidant，antitumor，antibacterial activities and so on.Boletus has high edible and medicinal value.In this paper，the bioactive components and their latest research advances at home and abroad were summarized，which could provide the theoretical basis for further exploitation and utilization of Boletus resources.
