中文摘要: 探讨辣木叶提取物对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用,为开发辣木叶天然胰脂肪酶抑制剂提供理论依据。在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验优化提取条件,研究辣木叶提取物对胰脂肪酶活性的抑制作用,并结合Dixon 图和Lineweaver-Burk 图探讨其抑制类型。结果表明最佳提取条件为:料液比1 ∶50(g/mL)、提取液乙醇浓度70%、超声功率400 W、超声处理时间600 s、提取温度50 ℃;该条件下辣木叶粗提物对胰脂肪酶活力的抑制率为79.15%;辣木叶提取物对胰脂肪酶的抑制作用为非竞争性抑制。辣木叶提取物对胰脂肪酶的活性有明显抑制作用。
Abstract:In order to provide basis for employing Moringa oleifera as lipase inhibitor,the inhibitory effect of extracts of Moringa oleifera leaves on lipase activity was investigated.Based on single-factor experiments,orthogonal experiments were explored to obtain optimum conditions.The effect of the extract of Moringa oleifera on the inhibition of pancreatic lipase activity and the inhibition type Dixon and Lineweaver-Burk graphs were explored.The optimum extracting conditions were established as following:solid to liquid ratio was 1 ∶50(g/mL),ultrasonic power was 400 W,for 600 s with 70%ethanol,at 50 ℃.Under these conditions,the inhibitory rate of extracts of moringa leaves on pancreatic lipase was 79.15 %.The inhibition type was noncompetitive.The extract of Moringa oleifera leaves had inhibitory effect on pancreatic lipase activity.
