中文摘要: 从2018年津冀两地市场上共采集312批次动物源性食品样品，进行氯霉素、氟苯尼考、硝基呋喃类和瘦肉精类等项目的监测。监测结果显示，312份样品中，合格300份，合格率96.2%。通过以上监测标明，津冀两地动物源性食品的质量安全总体较好，检出超标样品12批次，不合格项目包括氟苯尼考、硝基呋喃代谢物、恩诺沙星及瘦肉精等。
Abstract:312 samples of animal-derived foods were collected from the markets of Tianjin and Hebei，and the items of chloramphenicol，flubenicol，nitrofuran and lean spermatozoa were monitored.The results of the monitoring showed that of the 312 samples，300 were qualified and the pass rate was 96.2%.Through the above monitoring results analysis，the quality and safety of animal-derived foods in Tianjin and Hebei were generally good，but there were still higher risks for individual foods，which need to be taken seriously by the supervision.
