中文摘要: 研究优化葛仙米多糖提取工艺,在单因素试验的基础上,以料液比、浸提时间、浸提温度为考察因素,运用响应面法优化葛仙米多糖的提取工艺。葛仙米多糖最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶230(g/mL),浸提温度97℃、浸提时间110 min,在该条件下,葛仙米多糖的提取率为29.14%,与理论值30.64%相近。结果与模型预测值吻合度高,说明该模型切实可行,同时为葛仙米多糖的加工利用及相关研究提供了参考依据。

Abstract:For improving the extraction process of the Nostoc sphaeroides Kützing polysaccharide (NSKP)by response surface methodology,the solid-liquid,extraction temperature and extraction time were selected as the investigation factors by the single-factor experiment.The optimum extraction conditions were found to be extraction at 97℃ for 110 min with a solvent-to-solid ratio of 1∶230(g/mL).Experiments conducted under these conditions gave a polysaccharide yield of 29.14%which was closed to the theoretical value of 30.64%.The results were in good agreement with the predicted value of the model,which indicated that the model was reliable.At the same time,this study provided a reference for processing and utilization of NSKP.
