中文摘要: 以平菇为材料,通过在培养基中分别添加不同浓度的Zn2+,考察菌体生长及培养基中纤维素酶、木聚糖酶、滤纸酶、淀粉酶活性的变化情况。结果表明:在一定Zn2+浓度范围内,Zn2+对于食用菌的生长具有促进作用,600 mg/kg Zn2+能有效促进平菇胞外酶的分泌,平菇子实体菌柄和菌盖中Zn2+含量随着培养料中Zn2+质量浓度(0~900 mg/kg)的升高而增加,Zn2+不同质量浓度影响着Zn2+在平菇子实体中的分布。
Abstract:The extracellular enzyme activities of Pleurotus ostreatus were tested in the presence of different concentrations of zinc cultivated in solid medium.The results showed that zinc promoted the growth of edible fungi in a certain range,600 mg/kg Zn2+promoted the secretion of extracellular enzymes of Pleurotus ostreatus effectively.The zinc contents in stipe and pileus gradually increased with the increase of zinc concentration(0-900 mg/kg),and the different concentrations of zinc affected the distribution of zinc in the fruiting bodies of Pleurotus ostreatus.
