中文摘要: 采用超高效液相色谱法对玉米中黄曲霉毒素B1 的不确定度进行评估。根据CNAS-GL006-2018《化学分析中不确定度的评估指南》和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的有关规定,建立测定玉米中黄曲霉毒素B1不确定度的数学模型,逐层对不确定度来源进行分析。通过对不确定度分量进行量化和合成,得出当玉米中黄曲霉毒素B1 为3.60 μg/kg 时,其相对扩展不确定度为0.14 μg/kg(k=2)。结果表明,影响检测结果的主要因素为样品非均匀性、回收率、校准过程及样品处理液定容;其量化结果分别为0.014 0、0.009、0.007、0.005 8。
Abstract:The uncertainty of measurement in the determination of aflatoxin B1 in maize by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC)was evaluated.According to the national metrology technical specifications described in CNAS-GL006-2018 <Guidance on Evaluating the Uncertainty in Chemical Analysis> and JJF 1059.1-1999 <Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement > ,a mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty for determining aflatoxin B1 in maize.The sources of uncertainty that may be introduced were analyzed and each component of uncertainty was quantified and used to calculate combined uncertainty.The results showed that an expended uncertainty of 3.60 μg/kg (k=2)was obtained for the determination of 0.14 μg/kg of aflatoxin B1 in maize,and the sample heterogeneity was the main sources of uncertainty.The other factors were the recover ratio,the preparation of standard solution and the sample solution volume,and the corresponding relative standard uncertainties were 0.014 0,0.009,0.007,0.005 8.
