中文摘要: 氨基酸碘盐是一种新型的营养型食盐,且其减量不减咸的优点满足了当下减盐保健康的大趋势。利用亚铁氰化钾和乙酸锌为沉淀剂,除去氨基酸碘盐中氨基酸,利用氧化还原滴定法,实现对碘准确检测,解决氨基酸碘盐中碘检测值严重偏低的难题,结果显示该方法准确度较高,精密度和重复性良好,且仪器设备要求简单、操作简便易行,适合在企业和绝大多数检测机构推广应用。
Abstract:Amino acid iodized salt is a new type of nutritious salt,and its reduction does not reduce the salty advantage to meet the current trend of reducing salt and maintaining health.The method utilized potassium ferrocyanide and zinc acetate as a precipitating agent to remove amino acids in the amino acid iodized salt,and the iodine content accurately by redox titration method to solve the problem of serious low iodine detection value in amino acid iodized salt detection detected.The results indicated that the method had high accuracy,good precision and repeatability,and with low equipment requirement and apparatus was easy to operate,which was suitable for application and popularization in enterprises and most testing institutions.
