Abstract:In recent years，heavy metals in aquatic products exceeding the standard seriously affects the safety and export trade of aquatic products in China.Therefore，the technology of removing heavy metal from aquatic products has received extensive attention.The pollution status of aquatic products in China was reviewed.The technology of removing heavy metal from aquatic products was introduced from two aspects，including the purification of living substances and the removal of heavy metals from raw materials and hydrolysate.The heavy metal removal technology of aquatic products in China was summarized and prospected.
