中文摘要: 针对市场掺杂产品含糊精成分的银耳提取物，建立硫酸-苯酚法测定多糖含量。研究表明，方法的线性关系良好，线性相关系数不小于0.999，精密度良好，相对标准偏差不大于3%，准确性良好，各回收率在99.68%～101.68%之间，方法耐用性良好。该方法操作简单、显色后稳定性好，适用于含有糊精成分的银耳提取物中的多糖含量的测定。
Abstract:For the doping dextrin in tremella extract，determination of polysaccharide with the method of sulfate-phenol was established.The results showed that the method of linear relationship was good，the linear correlation was preferable with a correlation coefficient of no less than 0.999.The precision was good，and relative standard deviation was not greater than 3%，the accuracy was good.The recoveries of the analytes were in the range of 99.68 %-101.68 %，good durability.This method was simple，good stability after color and applicable for the determination of polysaccharide in tremella extract containing dextrin composition.
