中文摘要: 研究戊糖片球菌S44 的胞外多糖体外抗氧化的能力。结果表明,戊糖片球菌S44 的胞外多糖对1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼自由基(1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl,DPPH)、羟自由基和超氧阴离子自由基均有较好的清除能力。能够缓解由过氧化氢诱导的HepG2 细胞的氧化损伤,提高细胞中总抗氧化能力(total antioxidation capacity,T-AOC)和超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dismutase,SOD)的活力,抑制丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)的形成。
Abstract:The antioxidant activity of expolysaccharide (EPS)from Pediococcus pentosaceus S44 strains was been studied.The results indicated that EPS from Pediococcus pentosaceus S44 had better scavenging ability on 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH),hydroxyl and superoxide anion free radicals.The oxidative damage in HepG2 cells induced by hydrogen peroxide could be alleviated by the EPS from Pediococcus pentosaceus S44.Furthermore,the ability of the total antioxidation capacity (T-AOC)in HepG2 cells could be improved.As results,the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD)was raised and the formation of malondialdehyde(MDA)was inhibited by the EPS from Pediococcus pentosaceus S44.
