中文摘要: 以西藏开菲尔粒为原料,从中筛选出一株马乳酒样乳杆菌XL10,对其进行鉴定及生长特性研究;并以小鼠为研究对象,观察XL10 对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。结果表明XL10 菌株能够促进小鼠肠道有益菌生长,抑制有害菌繁殖。结果表明XL10 菌株具有能够调节肠道菌群平衡,保护肠道健康的潜能。
Abstract:Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens XL10 was screened from the Tibet Kefir grains.The growth characteristics and the effect of Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens XL10 on gut microbiota of mice were studied.The results showed that Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens XL10 could promote the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut and inhibit the reproduction of harmful bacteria.In conclusion,Lactobacillus kefiranofaciens XL10 had the potential to regulate the balance of gut microbiota and protect the intestinal health.
