中文摘要: 我国作为农业大国,农产品加工业发展迅速,其副产物产量也十分巨大,但副产物再利用特别是高值化利用技术相对落后,造成不必要的资源浪费和环境污染。纳米技术作为一门新兴的材料技术,近些年在食品领域中的应用也越来越广泛。该文主要综述果蔬、粮油、水产等农产品加工副产物及纳米技术在其高值化利用中的应用现状。
Abstract:As a large agricultural country,China's agricultural product processing industry has developed rapidly,and its by-product yield is also very large.However,the reuse of by-products,especially high-value utilization technology is relatively backward,resulting in unnecessary waste of resources and environmental pollution.As an emerging technology,nanotechnology had been more and more widely used in the food field in recent years.It reviewed the application status of nanotechnology in high-value processing of agricultural byproducts,especially those from fruits and vegetables,grain and oil and aquatic products.
