中文摘要: 以胭脂果为研究对象,通过超声辅助手段对胭脂果色素进行提取。在单因素试验基础上,通过响应面分析模型对色素提取进行了优化分析,最优条件为:液固比17∶1(mL/g)、超声时间46 min、超声功率480 W,预测的最优色素提取吸光度值为0.959。通过试验检验最优条件下的提取效果,色素提取吸光度值与预测值相接近,达到0.94,相差0.019,为胭脂果色素的综合开发利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:Taking the carmine fruit as the research object,the carmine pigment was extracted by ultrasonic assisted means.Be based on the single factor experiment,the pigment extraction conditions were optimized by response surface analysis model.The optimal conditions were:liquid-solid ratio 17∶1(mL/g),ultrasonic time 46 min,ultrasonic power 480 W.The optimal absorbance value of pigment extraction was 0.959.The experi-mental results were used to test the extraction effect under the optimal conditions.The absorbance value of the pigment extraction was closed to the predicted value,reaching 0.94,with a difference of 0.019,which provided a scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of the carmine pigment.
