中文摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法,探讨萌发对酸枣仁皂苷A、B 及斯皮诺素的含量影响。结果显示:酸枣仁皂苷A 随着萌发时间的延长含量明显降低;酸枣仁皂苷B 萌发时间延长含量明显升高,并在萌发第7 天达到峰值,然后又稍有减低;斯皮诺素含量则先降低随后升高到原药材水平(萌发第6 天),然后随萌发时间延长而降低。表明酸枣仁萌发时酸枣仁皂苷A、B 及斯皮诺素的含量变化与萌发时间具有一定的联系,为酸枣仁芽品的质量控制提供了一定的试验依据。
Abstract:The effect on the three contents of jujuboside A,B and spinosin in seeds of Ziziphus jujuba var.Spinosa were detected during its sprout period by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The content of jujuboside A decreased significantly with the prolongation of sprout time,jujuboside B increased significantly and reached its peak on the 7th day of sprout,then decreased slightly,spinosin decreased at first,then increased to the level of the original medicinal material (6th day of sprout),and then decreased.It showed that sprout could result in different levels of contents changed for jujuboside A,B and spinosin and had a certain re-lationship with the germination time.It provided experimental basis for the quality control of Ziziphus jujuba var.Spinosa sprouts.
