中文摘要: 利用响应面法对核桃分心木中总皂苷的超声辅助提取工艺进行优化。以核桃分心木为主要原料,经超声波辅助提取工艺,得到提取核桃分心木中总皂苷的最优条件。结果表明:通过单因素试验,响应面试验等确定分心木中总皂苷提取工艺的最优条件为乙醇体积分数60%,超声时间3 min,料液比1∶25(g/mL),测得核桃分心木总皂苷提取率为1.86%。该方法操作简单可行,耗时较短,产率较高。
Abstract:The ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of total saponins from walnut heartwood was optimized by response surface methodology.Semen juglandis as the main raw material,extracted by ultrasonic energy,and acknowledged the extraction of total saponins in semen juglandis.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of saponins were 60%ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time 3 min,the ratio of material to solvent 1∶25(g/mL).The average extraction rate of extraction saponins from semen juglandis could be reached 1.86%under the optimum prosess.Themethod of extractiontotal saponins from semen juglandis was simple and efficient.
