紫苏籽油的提取及品质分析研究

中文摘要: 比较螺旋压榨法、液压压榨法和正己烷浸提法3种提取方法对紫苏籽油提取率的影响,采用气相色谱-质谱法(gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,GC-MS)分析3种提取油脂的主要成分含量,比较3种油脂的酸值、皂化值和碘值等指标和抗氧化活性。结果表明,正己烷浸提法出油率为(27.93±1.50)%,高于液压法的(20.70±0.42)%和螺旋压榨法的(9.66±0.65)%。液压法提取油脂的酸值和过氧化值均小于其他两种方法,皂化值和碘值等无显著性差异,更有利于紫苏籽油的提取。GC-MS分析表明,液压紫苏籽油中亚麻酸相对含量为(68.84±0.07)%,高于螺旋压榨油脂的(57.20±0.57)%和正己烷浸提油脂的(57.04±1.77)%。在体外抗氧化活性方面,螺旋压榨紫苏籽油对DPPH自由基和羟基自由基的清除能力均高于其他两种提取方法所得的油脂。
Abstract:The effects of screw press,hydraulic press and n-hexane extraction methods on perilla seed oil extraction were compared.The main components of three oils were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),and the acid value,saponification value and iodine value of the three kinds of oils were compared.The results showed that the oil yield of n-hexane extraction method was(27.93±1.50)%,higher than that of hydraulic method(20.70±0.42)%and screw press method(9.66±0.65)%.The acid value and peroxide value of oil extracted by hydraulic method are both smaller than those of other two methods.GC-MS analysis indicated that the relative content of linolenic acid in hydraulic extraction perilla seed oil was(68.84±0.07)%,higher than that of screw press oil(57.20 ± 0.57)%and n-hexane extraction oil(57.04 ± 1.77)%.In terms of in vitro antioxidant activity,the scavenging capacity of screw pressed perilla seed oil on DPPH free radical and hydroxyl radical was higher than that of the other two oils.
