中文摘要: 磁性分子印迹聚合物,是一类以磁性材料为载体,具有特定分子识别位点的聚合物。在外加磁场的作用下,该聚合物可直接选择性的富集分离分析物,故可有效的解决食品样品前处理耗时长、分离难等问题。将其与分析检测仪器联用,可实现食品中农兽药、违禁添加物等物质的快速、准确的检测。该文总结磁性分子印迹聚合物的基本制备方法,并讨论其优缺点;综述近年来国内外磁性分子印迹聚合物在食品安全检测领域的应用研究进展,并对其发展趋势作出展望。
Abstract:Abstract:The magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers (MMIPs),prepared with magnetic materials as carriers,are a class of polymers with specific molecular recognition sites.The analyte can be enriched and separated in an external magnetic field.So,applying of MMIPs can solve some problems about pretreatment of food samples,such as time consuming,separation difficulty.It can be achieved for rapid and accurate detection of pesticides,veterinary drugs and banned additives in food by combination of MMIPs with other analytical instruments.Basic preparation methods of MMIPs were summarized,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods were also discussed.In recent years,the application of MMIPs in food safety detection was reviewed.The trends and possible future development direction were also elaborated.
