中文摘要: 为得到更高效的稠李子多酚提取方法,以稠李子为原料,乙醇为溶剂,采用福林-酚比色法测定其多酚含量。在单因素考察超声时间、超声功率、液料比和乙醇浓度对稠李子多酚提取效果影响的基础上,采用超声波辅助法对稠李子中的多酚提取工艺进行响应面优化分析,得出提取的最佳工艺条件为:超声时间43 min,超声功率为550 W,液料比为 15 ∶1(mL/g),乙醇浓度为 52%,稠李子多酚提取量为(6.23±0.18)mg/g。
Abstract:Abstract:In order to obtain a more efficient method for extracting polyphenols from Rhamnus davurica Pall.,the content of polyphenols was determined by Folin phenol colorimetric method with Rhamnus davurica Pall.as raw material and ethanol as solvent.On the basis of single factor study on the effects of ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power,liquid-to-solid ratio and ethanol concentration on the extraction of polyphenol from Rhamnus davurica Pall.,the response surface optimization of polyphenol extraction from Rhamnus davurica Pall.was optimized by using ultrasonic-assisted method.Draw the best extraction process conditions:the ultrasound time 43 minutes,the ultrasonic power was 550 W,the liquid-to-solid ratio was 15 ∶1(mL/g),the ethanol concentration was 52%,then the Rhamnus davurica Pall.polyphenols extract amount was(6.23±0.18)mg/g.
