中文摘要: 以蝴蝶荚蒾花为试验材料，研究蝴蝶荚蒾花中总黄酮类色素的提取工艺。通过单因素试验和正交试验，研究不同固液比、乙醇浓度、提取温度和提取时间对黄酮提取率的影响。试验结果表明：最佳提取工艺参数为固液比1∶25（g/mL）、乙醇浓度40%、提取温度60℃、时间10 min。在此条件下，蝴蝶荚蒾花总黄酮的提取率为9.23%。
Abstract:Abstract：The Viburnum plicatum flowers as experimental material，extracting technology of the total flavonoids was studied through a single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The different solid-liquid ratio，ethanol concentration，extraction temperature and extraction time on the extraction of flavonoids were investigated.The results showed that the optimum extraction condition were the solid-liquid ratio 1 ∶25（g/mL），ethanol concentration 40%，extracting temperature 60℃，extracting time 10 min.Under this conditions，the extraction yield was 9.23%.
