中文摘要: 研究不同剂量和不同作用时间熟地黄多糖对小鼠的抗氧化活性。将实验小鼠随机分为低、中、高剂量组和对照组,分别给予14、21、28 d不同剂量熟地黄多糖进行灌胃,测定各组小鼠体重及肝脏、血清中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活力变化,以及丙二醛的含量变化。结果表明:连续服用不同剂量(150、300、550 mg/kg)的熟地黄多糖对小鼠体重不会产生影响;但对受试小鼠肝脏和血清中超氧化物歧化酶和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶的活性具有一定增强作用(P<0.05),对肝脏和血清中的丙二醛具有明显降低效果(P<0.05),且以中高剂量组效果较为明显。研究结果认为熟地黄多糖具有一定抗氧化作用。
Abstract:Abstract:The objective of this work was to explore the antioxidant capacities in vivo of Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharides in mice.Kunming mice were selected as the experimental animals.The mice in three dose groups were supplied with different dosage of increased Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharides(150,300,550 mg/kg)by intra-gastric administration daily for different days (14,21,28 d).Mice body weight and the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase from each group were monitored.The content of malondialdehyde was also determined.Results indicated that continuous administration of different doses of Rehmannia glutinosa polysaccharides had no effect on body weight in mice,but the activity of superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase from liver and serum were higher(P<0.05)than the control,and the content of malondialdehyde in liver and serum had a marked reduction effect(P<0.05).All the above effects were obvious in middle and high dose group mice.Taken together,the results of this study suggested that polysaccharides from Rehmannia glutinosa could be used as novel potential antioxidants.
