中文摘要: 以茶树油中1,8-桉叶素和松油烯-4-醇的相对含量为指标,借助刮膜式分子蒸馏技术,在单因素试验基础上进行正交试验,并通过气相色谱法测定相对含量,得出在蒸馏温度38℃,蒸馏压力110 Pa,进料速率2.5 mL/min,刮膜转速450 r/min条件下,轻组分中1,8-桉叶素相对含量由2.674%提升至5.33%;在蒸馏温度38℃,蒸馏压力110 Pa,进料速率3 mL/min,刮膜转速450 r/min,重组分中松油烯-4-醇的相对含量由43.416%提升至65.17%。运用该技术,富集效果明显,能为挥发油类物质的工业化生产提供参考价值。
Abstract:Abstract:With the relative content of 1,8-cineole and terpinene-4-ol in tea tree oil as the index,the orthogonal experiment was carried out on the basis of single factor experiment by means of wiped-film molecular distillation technology,and the relative content was determined by gas chromatography.The results showed that the distillation temperature was 38℃,the distillation pressure was 110 Pa,the feed rate was 2.5 mL/min,and the scraping film was rotated.At 450 r/min,the relative content of 1,8-cineole in the light component increased from 2.674%to 5.33%.At 38℃,110 Pa,3 mL/min feed rate,450 r/min scraping speed,the relative content of terpinene-4-ol in the reconstituted component increased from 43.416%to 65.17%.Using this technology,the enrichment effect is obvious,and it can provide reference value for industrialized production of volatile oils.
