中文摘要: 建立高效液相色谱法(high performance liquid chromatography,HPLC)同时测定合江佛手中5,7-二甲氧基香豆素及6,7-二甲氧基香豆素的含量,并建立指纹图谱。试验采用Besil C18-B色谱柱(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm);流动相为乙腈-水;流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:326 nm;柱温:30℃。结果表明5,7-二甲氧基香豆素与6,7-二甲氧基香豆素的线性范围分别是 0.133 5 μg~4.272 μg(r=0.999 9),0.014 3 μg~0.457 6 μg(r=0.999 6);由 10 批合江佛手建立的指纹图谱共确定12个共有峰。
Abstract:To determine the content of coumarins in Fructus Citri Sarcodactylis (FCS)from Hejiang and establish its chromatographic fingerprint by HPLC.Analysis was performed on Besil C18-B column(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)with gradient mobile phase of acetonitrile-water.The flow rate was 1 mL/min and column temperature was 30℃.The detection wavelength was set at 326 nm.The results showed that the concentration ranges of 5,7-dimethoxycoumarin,6,7-dimethoxycoumarin were 0.133 5 μg-4.272 μg (r=0.999 9)and 0.014 3 μg-0.457 6 μg (r=0.999 6),respectively.12 common peaks were confirmed in HPLC fingerprint from 10 batches of samples.
