Abstract:On the basis of the definition of the concept of nano-food，this research reviewed the existing circumstances of nano-food's application，analyzed the relationship between the characteristics and the possible risks of nano-food，explicated the weaknesses and merits of nano-food risk management model which based on the principles of science and technology and risk precaution.The differences of the public recognition of nanofood was elaborated，which were result of enhancing the possible uncertainties of safety risk and economic risks caused by nano-food.The future details was proposed which nano-food developing should grasp，from aspects of nano-food standard system building，risk management improving，administrative intervention，food safety testing，nutritional and dietary promotion，and social welfare training.
