中文摘要: 研究羊栖菜褐藻酸钠对便秘模型小鼠的润肠通便作用。将雄性ICR小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组和4个剂量的给药组。给药组分别经口给予30、100、300、1 000 mg/(kg·d)的羊栖菜褐藻酸钠;空白组和模型组经口给予蒸馏水。连续灌胃7天后,观察各组小鼠的首次排黑便的时间、5小时内排黑便的粒数,测定粪便的质量和小肠墨汁推进率。结果表明:羊栖菜褐藻酸钠能显著缩短小鼠首次排黑便的时间,增加小鼠5小时内排黑便的数量、粪便的质量和墨汁推进率,与模型组相比,300 mg/(kg·d)和1 000 mg/(kg·d)剂量组均具有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。

Abstract:In order to study the laxative effect of Sargassum fusiforme sodium alginate on constipation model mice.Male ICR mice were randomly divided into blank group,model group and alginate-treatment groups.Alginate-treatment group was orally administrated with 30,100,300,1 000 mg/(kg·d)of Sargassum fusiforme sodium alginate;The blank group and model control group were given distilled water.After daily intragastric administration for continuous 7 days,the first time of melena discharge was recorded,and the number of defecations within 5 hours was counted.The weight of faeces and the promotion rate of intestinal ink were measured.The result indicated that Sargassum fusiformis sodium alginate could significantly shorten the time of melena in mice,and also increase the number of defecation,feces weight and intestinal propulsive rate within 5 h,compared wth the moldelgroup,there were significant differences between the 300 mg/(kg·d)and 1 000 mg/(kg·d)groupscp(P<0.01).
