中文摘要: 对海洋氧化节杆菌(Arthrobacter oxydans)KQ11右旋糖酐酶清除甘蔗汁中右旋糖酐进行研究。在单因素试验的基础上,通过正交试验得到右旋糖酐酶水解甘蔗汁中右旋糖酐的最佳工艺条件:酶剂量0.1 U/mL甘蔗汁、pH值6.5、反应温度50℃、反应时间20 min,可清除83%右旋糖酐。超声功率600 W、酶剂量0.1 U/mL甘蔗汁、pH6.5、温度50℃、超声15 min,可清除88.7%的右旋糖酐,同时甘蔗汁的黏度降低20%。
Abstract:Dextranase from Arthrobacter oxydans (KQ11)was tested to remove dextrans from sugarcane juice.Orthogonal experiments were performed on the basis of single-factor experiments,which determined the following optimal conditions for dextrans removal from sugarcane juice:pH 6.5,50℃,reaction time for 20 min,and an enzyme concentration of 0.1 U/mL.These conditions resulted in the removal of 83%of dextrans in sugarcane juice.Further optimization using ultrasonic power of 600 W,pH 6.5,50℃,enzyme concentration of 0.1 U/mL and a 15min ultrasound interval resulted in 88.7%of the dextran-removal rate and 20%decreased in viscosity of sugarcane juice.
