中文摘要: 通过超高效液相色谱串联质谱法检测猪肉产品中四环素类(土霉素、金霉素、四环素)兽药的残留水平,评估黔东南州猪肉产品中四环素类兽药的残留风险。结果显示,黔东南州4个区域内共200份猪肉产品中未检出四环素、金霉素的残留,土霉素检出率为2.00%,残留范围为5.47 μg/kg~8.21 μg/kg,均值为6.84 μg/kg,未超过国家规定的最大残留限量(100 μg/kg)。食品安全指数均值为 0.06×10-3,最小值为 0.05×10-3,最大值为 0.08×10-3,远远低于 1,表明黔东南州猪肉产品中四环素类药物的残留对人体的潜在危害水平不会对人群产生不良作用。
Abstract:High performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry was used for determination of residues of the three tetracycline drugs(tetracyckine,oxytetracyline and chlotetracyline)in 200 pork samples collected randomly in Qiandongnan Prefecture,to evaluate the risk of tetracyclinesresidue in pork produces in Qiandongnan Prefecture.The results showed that tetracyckine,chlotetracyline were not detected but oxytetracyline residues were detected at a rate of 2.00%.Oxytetracyline residues ranged from 5.47 μg/kg-8.21 μg/kg with an average value of 6.84 μg/kg,not exceeding the maximum residue limits set by the state(100 μg/kg).The average value of food safety index in pork products related to oxytetracyline residues in Guizhou Qiandongnan Prefecture was 0.06×10-3,the minimum value 0.05×10-3,and the maximum 0.08×10-3,which is,far below 1.Our The results suggested that the potential hazard level of oxytetracyline residues in pork products in Guizhou Qiandongnan Prefecture is acceotable.
