中文摘要: 建立一种基于聚合酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)试纸条技术的快速检测小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的检测方法。对26株小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌标准菌株及26株其他菌属标准菌株进行特异性试验,利用纯菌稀释及样品添加进行灵敏度试验。利用建立方法对市场购买的食品进行筛查并与国标方法进行比较。建立的方法DNA检测灵敏度达到10-3μg/mL,样品加菌试验检测灵敏度可达100 CFU/25 g。
Abstract:A polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-immunoblotting strips Method for rapid detection of Yersinia enterocolitica in food was established 26 Yersinia enterocolitica and 26 other strains was used in the specificity test.The sensitivity of the method was verified by using the experiment of adding bacteria.The establishment method is used to screen the food samples purchased by the market and compared with the GB method.The sensitivity of DNA detection was 10-3μg/mL and the sensitivity of add bacteria in sample was 100 CFU/25 g.
