中文摘要: 采用高压静电场法制备壳聚糖-L-苯丙氨酸微囊。以包封率为优化目标,得到最佳制备条件为温度30℃、壳聚糖浓度5.0%、L-苯丙氨酸浓度1.0%、氢氧化钠浓度0.75 mol/L、电压10 kV、转速450 r/min、下滴高度11 cm。在此条件下制得的微囊包封率为66.9%,载药量为0.58%。L-苯丙氨酸微囊化后稳定性有较大的提高。微囊表面布满小孔,有利于L-苯丙氨酸的缓释。
Abstract:Chitosan-L-phenylalanine microcapsules were prepared by high-voltage electrostatic field method.Taking encapsulation efficiency as optimization object,the optimum conditions for the preparation were temperature 30℃,chitosan concentration 5.0%,and L-phenylalanine acid concentration 1.0%,sodium hydroxide concentration 0.75 mol/L,voltage 10 kV,speed 450 r/min,the dropping height was 11 cm.The encapsulation efficiency was 66.9%,and the drug loading was 0.58%.The stability of L-phenylalanine after microencapsulation was greatly improved.
