中文摘要: 研究采用超声微波协同法提取玫瑰茄花色苷,考察超声功率、提取温度、微波功率、提取时间、乙醇体积分数和液料比等因素对花色苷提取量的影响。利用响应面分析法优化玫瑰茄花色苷的提取工艺,通过四因素三水平的响应面优化试验,得出最优参数为超声功率350 W,提取温度50℃,微波功率279 W,提取时间18 min,乙醇体积分数60%,液料比36∶1(mL/g)。3次平行试验得出的实际值为787.56 mg/100 g,与预测值786.556 mg/100 g相近,证明试验模型具有可行性。
Abstract:The ultrasonic microwave synergistic method was used to extract the anthocyanin from Hibiscus sabdariffa.The effects of ultrasonic power,extraction temperature,microwave power,extraction time,ethanol volume fraction and liquid/solid ratio on the yield of anthocyanin were investigated.The response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction process of Hibiscus sabdariffa anthocyanin,the best optimal parameters that ultrasound power was 350 W,extraction temperature was 50℃,microwave power was 279 W,extraction time was 18 min ,ethanol volume fraction was 60%,and the ratio of liquid/solid was 36 ∶1(mL/g),were produced through four factors and three levels of response surface optimization experiments.The actual value obtained from 3 parallel experiments was 787.56 mg/100 g,which was similar to the predicted value of 786.556 mg/100 g,which proved that the test model was feasible.
