中文摘要: 采用高效液相色谱法测定衢枳壳中新橙皮苷及柚皮苷含量。色谱柱为Waters Symmetry C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈-水(体积比为20∶80);检测波长为283 nm;流速:1.0 mL/min。新橙皮苷和柚皮苷分别在0.191 μg/mL~3.056 μg/mL和0.195 μg/mL~3.120 μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系,其平均回收率分别为95.8%和96.1%,RSD分别为2.1%和2.0%。新橙皮苷和柚皮苷的平均回收率分别为95.8%和96.1%。
Abstract:A sensitive high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established for determine of neohesperidin and naringin in quzhiqiao.Neohesperidin and naringin were separated on a Waters Symmetry C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column with acetonitrile-water(volume ratio of 20 ∶80)as the mobile phase and detected at 283 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.191 μg/mL-3.056 μg/mL and 0.195 μg/mL-3.120 μg/mL for neohesperidin and naringin respectively.The average recoveries were 95.8%and 96.1%the RSD were 2.1%and 2.0%.
