中文摘要: 分析景迈山古茶林普洱茶的产品质量。以不同贮存年份、不同季节的景迈山古茶林普洱茶为研究对象,检测理化指标、重金属、农药残留,根据GB/T 22111-2008《地理标志产品普洱茶》、GB 2762-2017《食品安全国家标准食品中污染物限量》、GB 2763-2016《食品安全国家标准食品中农药最大残留限量》、NY 659-2003《茶叶中铬、镉、汞、砷及氟化物限量》、NY/T 288-2012《绿色食品茶叶》的标准要求,分析景迈山古茶林普洱茶的产品质量。景迈山古茶林普洱茶水分含量为7.3%~9.5%,灰分含量为4.7%~6.1%,水浸出物含量为47.2%~51.5%,茶多酚含量为23.2%~24.8%,粗纤维含量为9.3%~11.5%,可溶性糖含量为3.7%~5.4%,游离氨基酸含量为1.9%~3.0%,铬含量为0.19 mg/kg~1.21 mg/kg,镉含量为 0.016 mg/kg~0.269 mg/kg,砷含量为 0.00~0.20 mg/kg,氟含量为 31.0 mg/kg~88.1 mg/kg,汞为未检出,铜含量为 3.86 mg/kg~10.33 mg/kg,铅含量为0.03 mg/kg~0.65 mg/kg,稀土氧化物总量为 0.224 mg/kg~1.177 mg/kg,48种农药残留项目均为未检出。景迈山古茶林普洱茶理化指标、重金属、农药残留符合国家标准要求,其产品质量安全可靠。
Abstract:In order to analyze the product quality of Jingmai ancient mountain Pu'er teas.Physical and chemical indexes,heavy metals and pesticide residues of Jingmai ancient mountain Pu'er tea of different storage years and different seasons were detected,and were analyzed the quality of the products by standard requirement of GB/T 22111 2008、GB 2762 2017、GB 2763 2016、NY659 2003、NY/T 288 2012.The results shows that moisture content were 7.3%-9.5%,ash content were 4.7%-6.1%,water extract content were 47.2%-51.5%,tea polyphenol content were 23.2%-24.8%,crude fiber content were 9.3%-11.5%,soluble sugar content were 3.7%-5.4%,free amino acid content were 1.9%-3.0%,Chromium content were 0.19 mg/kg-1.21 mg/kg,cadmium content were 0.016 mg/kg-0.269 mg/kg,arsenic content were 0.00-0.20 mg/kg,fluorine content were 31.0 mg/kg-88.1 mg/kg,mercury were undetected,copper content were 3.86 mg/kg-10.33 mg/kg,lead content were 0.03 mg/kg-0.65 mg/kg,total rare earth oxides were 0.224 mg/kg-1.177 mg/kg,the 48 pesticide residues were undetected.The physical and chemical indexes,heavy metals and pesticide residues of Jingmai ancient mountain Pu'er teas were in line with the national standards and its products were safe and reliable.
