中文摘要: 优化光皮梾木籽油的提取工艺及其品质的测定。采用正交试验法,考察超声波提取功率、超声温度、超声时间、料液比对提取率的影响;同时考察了光皮梾木籽油的品质。所考察因素中,对光皮梾木籽油提取率的影响程度是料液比>超声波提取温度>超声波提取功率>超声波提取时间。最佳条件是料液比为1∶10(g/mL),超声波提取时间为60 min,超声波提取功率为300 W,超声波提取温度为60℃,此时光皮梾木籽油得率最高,为(18.19±0.03)%;光皮梾木籽油的油脂品质符合食用植物原油的国家标准。采用正交试验对光皮梾木籽油提取条件进行优化可行;其各项性质表明光皮梾木籽油在食品加工领域有一定的应用价值和理想的前景。
Abstract:To optimize the extraction process for Cornus wilsoniana seed oil and determine its quality.The extraction rate of flavonoids optimized condition (ultrasonic power,ultrasonic temperature,ultrasonic time and ratio of solid to liquid)was determined by orthogonal design.Quality of Cornus wilsoniana seed oil was determined.The order of factors to affect Cornus wilsoniana seed oil extraction was ratio of solid to liquid>ultrasonic temperature>ultrasonic power>ultrasonic time.The optimal extraction conditions were as follows:solid-liquid ratio was 1∶10(g/mL),ultrasonic time was 60 min,ultrasonic power was 300 W,ultrasonic temperature was 60 ℃.Under this optimized conditions,the yield of Cornus wilsoniana seed oil was up to (18.19±0.03)%.Quality of Cornus wilsoniana seed oil was accord with the national standard of edible plant crude.It was feasible to optimize the extraction of Cornus wilsoniana seed oil by orthogonal design.As a new oil resource,Cornus wilsoniana seed oil has a promising prospect for development and application.
