中文摘要: 对树脂精制纯化甜菜碱及其盐类的工艺进行研究,结果表明3种树脂732、CD650、AB-8对甜菜碱均有较好的纯化效果,其中树脂CD650的纯化效果最佳,AB-8次之。3种树脂对甜菜碱及其盐类进行精制纯化后,制备所得产品的甜菜碱含量均达到98%以上。经质量检测后,结果表明该产品符合在饲料、日用品、食品等领域的应用要求。
Abstract:The refining and purification process of the betaine and its salts were studied.The results showed that three resins 732,CD650 and AB-8 had good effect on purification of betaine.CD650 was the best and AB-8 was the second,respectively.After tested by the purification process of the betaine and its salts with three resins,most purified products obtained betaine content of more than 98%.The quality testing results indicated that the product meets the requirements in the feed,daily necessities,food,and other fields of application.
