中文摘要: 建立超声波辅助乙醇提取工艺和福林-酚(Folin-Ciocalteu)比色法测定天麻总酚的方法。通过单因素考察天麻粒径大小、液料比、乙醇体积分数和超声提取时间对天麻总酚含量的影响,并在此基础上进行正交试验。结果表明,天麻多酚提取的最优工艺为:粒径60目,液料比为40∶1(mL/g),乙醇体积分数为40%,超声提取30 min,在此条件下天麻总酚含量为4.47 mg/g,含量高、稳定性好。

Abstract:The methods of ultrasonic assisted ethanol and Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetric determination of total phenol in gastrodia elata blume were established.The effects of particle size of gastrodia elata,liquid to material ratio,ethanol volume fraction and ultrasonic extraction time on content of total phenol were studied by single factor.The orthogonal test was carried out on the basis of this study.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:particle size was 60 mesh,liquid to material ratio was 40 ∶1(mL/g),ethanol volume fraction was 40%,and ultrasonic extraction was 30 min.The research shows that the total phenol content was 4.47 mg/g,the content was higher and more steady.
