中文摘要: 以滑子菇为研究对象,通过单因素试验和正交试验考察提取温度、提取时间以及料液比对滑子菇多糖提取得率的影响,确定热水浸提滑子菇多糖的最佳提取条件为:提取温度85℃,提取时间2 h,料液比1∶40(g/mL)。在此工艺条件下多糖的提取得率为24.55%。

Abstract:In this paper the optimum extraction conditions of polysaccharides extracted by hot water from Pholiota nameko were determined by single-factor test and orthogonal test.According extracting temperature,extracting time and ratio of water to Pholiota nameko were influencing on extraction rate of polysaccharides,the optimum extraction parameters of experiment were as follows:temperature was 85℃,time was 2 h,ratio of water to Pholiota nameko was 1 ∶40 (g/mL).By using this condition test,Pholiota nameko polysaccharide reached 24.55%.
