中文摘要: 采用响应面法优化野生蓝莓多糖提取工艺,并对多糖的脱色工艺进行优化。在单因素的试验的基础上,选定酶添加量、酶解时间和酶解温度三因素三水平,采用Design-Expert软件进行响应面试验设计和结果分析,得到纤维素酶法提取蓝莓多糖的优化条件为:酶添加量0.57%,酶解时间85 min,酶解温度38℃,提取率2.91%;各因素的影响顺序为:酶解温度>酶添加量>酶解时间。

Abstract:The extraction process of wild blueberry polysaccharide was optimized by response surface methodology,and the decolorization process of polysaccharide was optimized.On the basis of single factor test,the three factors and three levels of enzyme addition,enzymolysis time and enzymolysis temperature were selected.The design experiment and result analysis were carried out by using Design-Expert software to obtain the method of enzymatic extraction of blueberry polysaccharide The optimum conditions were as follows:enzyme addition amount 0.57%,enzymolysis time 85 min,enzymolysis temperature 38℃,extraction rate 2.91%;the influence order of each factor was:enzymolysis temperature>enzyme dosage>enzymolysis time.
