中文摘要: 以超声时间(60 min)、超声温度(60℃)、盐酸浓度(5 mol/L)对新疆额尔齐斯河水域鱼中无机砷超声波提取,采用高效液相色谱-氢化物原子荧光光谱法(HPLC-HG-AFS)测定样品中无机砷[As(Ⅲ),As(V)]。与国标方法相比,该方法具有操作简单、快速、稳定、结果准确等优点。应用该方法分析了新疆额尔齐斯河水域中10种鱼中无机砷含量,结果表明鱼中无机砷含量较低,符合GB 2762-2012《食品安全国家标准污染物限量》规定0.5 mg/kg的限量要求。为新疆额尔齐斯河水域中鱼类及其制品深加工提供安全性的技术保证,为相关部门进一步监管工作提供依据。
Abstract:Various extraction parameters were optimized,including the time(60 min),temperature (60℃)and HCl(5 mol/L).A method of high performance liquid chromatography-hydride coupled with generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HPLC-HG-AFS)had been developed for speciation inorganic arsenic[As(Ⅲ),As(V)]in ten kinds of fish in Irtysh River Basin.This method was simple,rapid,accurate and stable.Results showed that inorganic arsenic was far less than 0.5 mg/kg in GB 2762-2012“The National Standards for Food Safety,Contaminants Limits in Food”,which set limitation of inorganic arsenic.The result provide technical guarantee for the safety of fish products in Xinjiang and the Irtysh River waters in the deep processing industry and the basis for the relevant departments to further supervision.
